Interactive wildlife experiences with nature’s most iconic birds of prey don’t come much better than the Wild Raptor Conservancy experience, now available to guests at Zebula accommodation. Primarily a conservation and rehabilitation center for raptors such as falcons, eagles, and owls, falconry demonstrations are also hosted by trained handlers. These encounters allow the public to witness majestic creatures up-close while educating visitors on how to ensure the survival of species for generations to come. Elephant Interaction and Elephant Back Safaris

With predators restricted to fenced areas, the easiest way to encounter wildlife at Zebula golf estate involves getting out on bikes with the family. The only other ‘guests’ you are likely to meet are a wide selection of antelope, zebras, giraffe, naughty meerkats and perhaps a rare sighting of the elusive leopard. Bicycle rental is available at Zebula accommodation should there not be enough space to pack your own. This self-guided eco-safari is truly the best way to enjoy the best of Zebula’s wildlife while appreciating the best of the bushveld environment that surrounds you.
