ABOUT TINLEY MANOR BEACH
Sprawling beaches and a tranquil lagoon are what the magic of Tinley Manor is all about. This coastal area of KwaZulu Natal is close to the beachfront buzz of Ballito and promises spectacular summer holidays for the whole family.
There are shark nets on these beaches all year round, and there are lifeguards during the peak holiday season (around December and January) only. This part of the Dolphin Coast has warm waters that are popular for swimming, stand-up paddling, surfing, sailing, paddle-skiing, windsurfing, fishing, and kitesurfing. But, for little ones or those unsure of the water, there is a calm tidal pool.
Anglers love standing on the rocks or the beach and trying their luck at landing a big one. The reefs are ideal for spear-fishing, as well as for snorkelling and SCUBA diving; thanks to the huge variety of colourful fish, anemones and crustaceans.
Between June and December, whales pass this part of South Africa, but the resident dolphins can be seen in the warm waters all year round.

We like the walk to the beach house and waking up to the soothing sound and views of the oceans. The house keeper was always in time to clean. We are definitely having another experience with rnr,
The house is lovely with an amazing view. The entire house is very neat and kept nicely by Peterson. He was a pleasure to have around. \nThe outside area was great, just wish it was warm enough to swim. Will definitely be back in summer.
Very good service
Perfect and amazing
The house , the facility, the quietness and the overall experience was awesome.\nJoseph the caretaker was of great help.\nThe house furniture and carpet will perhaps need a little revamp.\nBut we were all nicely surprised about the beauty of the place. And all the facilities in it.
We had a lovely stay and enjoy every bit of it.
Hi there, stunning place we extremly happy and will be visiting soon again, keep up the good work guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The booking process was all good although messages on booking. Com don't seem to go through so I needed to phone. The house was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views. The staff at the house wasn't as responsive and didn't help with cleaning. The house oven was broken and missing a grilling tray but overall the family loved it.
RNR is always efficient and a pleasure to deal with , Dominique is a star and always helpful.
RNR'S SERVICE WAS\n EXCELLENT. THE BEACH HOUSE NEED SOME TLC. WE STRUGGLE WITH. AIRCONS THAT DID NOT WORK, BUT HOUSEKEEPING ATTEND TO THAT.\n\n
Property was exactly like the pictures and as beautiful as Dominique promised.Dominique is a lovely friendly lady and made us excited about the property that she felt passionate about and our stay reinstated her motivation.\nHowever her response time is quite slow from the onset I had to call and send follow up so if she could work on this she would be a 5 star agent.Lastly we asked if there were the complimentary soap and shower gels didn’t get a response so found ourselves having to go out to get some for the 1st night.Petersen is a star always helpful and friendly, while the location and ambience of the home was stunning the furniture in the lounge and main bedroom bedding did look tired. The big couch didn’t match the look of the rest of the smart home and was kinda uncomfortable. If the owner could also consider some board games as you almost always get rain in kzn the ones at the property was damaged \nOverall a beautiful stay for my birthday with our Australian family
We booked a weekend at this beautiful house to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. The house has a spectacular view of the beach. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Peterson was very helpful and great to have on the property. RnR was great to deal with, from booking the house to communicating with me. Thank you, Dominique. The only thing I would suggest to make this a 5/5 experience is a pbigger pool.
Danielle was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went the extra mile when enquiring about the suitability for our elderly parents. The house was beautiful and very spacious, and the caretaker, Petersen, was extremely welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
