This 4 tiered villa is situated on the par 5, 16th hole and has breathtaking views over the Indian Ocean and Pinnacle Point Clubhouse. On the top level, the villa has 4 bedrooms with full en-suit bathrooms. All these bedrooms have their own balcony to admire the breathtaking view. The 5th bedroom is on the northern side of the house and on the ground floor. Bedroom 1, 2 and 5 have queen beds where bedrooms 3 and 4 have two single beds each

On the third tier there is an automated double car and a singe golf cart garage. The entrance and front door is situated on the seconded tier where you will find the guest toilet and TV Lounge. The Lounge consists of a Plasma TV with Satellite and a DVD player with surround sound. Lastly on the bottom tier there are a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and entertainment area. Both the Dining room and the entertainment room, with pool table, have folding stack doors that open up onto the undercover patio with outside dining furniture, wooden sundeck and a built-in braai. At the sundeck you will find a rim-flow swimming pool watching golfers and the Pinnacle.

The villa sleeps 10 People and is self catering. You also have your own golf cart at your disposal.

Pinnacle Point Beach and Golf Estate includes two secluded beaches along the Garden Route’s spectacular coastline. Here an abundance of birds, small animals and coastal vegetation have led to a diverse biosphere. Secluded and unspoiled, Pinnacle Point's main beach is protected from the wind and offers a lovely stretch of sand.

From the club house you walk through the tunnel that passes underneath the 18th hole, then down the wooden staircase. Energetic guests can walk down while others can take a ride on a golf cart.
