At the street level there is a garage and one double bedroom.  Down a flight of stairs, there is an open area with a table and chairs.  The bunk room and the  living area are on this level.  Stacking doors open the house onto the open area.  There is a braai – gas or charcoal – within the house, so can be used regardless of the weather.  There is a lounge area with 2 couches and a view over the golf course and a sea view.  There is a dining table that seats 8 and a bistro table. There is a tv lounge with a large HD TV, full service DSTV and a DVD player.  The kitchen has a new glass top hob and oven.  There is crockery and cutlery for 12 place settings.

The magnificent 18 hole Championship golf course at Prince’s Grant provides a wonderful challenge for golfers of all abilities. The spectacular scenery, with the ocean as a backdrop, complement the quality and immaculate grooming of this Peter Matkovich designed course.
