The front of the house has a small private garden area with patio and outdoor furniture which makes for a gorgeous setting to enjoy a cup of coffee under sunny south coast sunshine. An undercover, fully furnished veranda with built-in braai / barbeque area overlooks the bordering fairway. A secure, lock-up garage is available at the back of the house for guests use.

The lounge has three two-seater cushioned couches which face a large flat-screen TV with full DSTV bouquet so guests never miss out on those important sporting events or favorite TV shows.

Open-plan to the lounge is the dining area with 6 seater dining room suite and ladies bar area. The kitchen leads off from the lounge and dining area and is fully equipped for all self-catering needs, including fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cutlery & crockery.

All three bedrooms have built-in cupboards, dressers, bedside tables with lamps and enjoy gorgeous views of the surrounding area.

Each of these rooms has a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

A daily cleaning service ensures guests can relax and enjoy their holiday and a laundry service is available should it be required (additional fee).

Upon arrival guests staying at Eagle's Rest will be issued access to the Private Beach Club (no additional costs) and are welcomed to enjoy the Estate's Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Restaurants and other facilities (additional fees apply).

Guests staying are invited to make use of the fabulous facilities at Selborne Park Golf Estate. Aside from the immaculate Par 72, 18 hole golf course, a crystal clear swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, children's play area with jungle gym, swings, slides and splash pool are a few of the facilities available. The Estate Golf Club also has a restaurant & bar where delicious meals can be enjoyed daily.

Surrounded by electric fencing & with 24hr security, nature lovers are welcomed to enjoy a quiet stroll through the area - home to a variety of small animal life such as Duiker, Bush Buck and Mongooses, and over 160 species of birds - which are often spotted in the natural brush.
