An 8 seater dining room table is open-plan to the lounge. The kitchen leads from the living areas and is fully equipped with all self-catering facilties, include: cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bedrooms are modernly furnished with twin beds, built-in cupboards, bedside tables with lamps and chairs. The main bedroom is en-suite with bath and shower. Bedding, linen and towels are provided for guests use.

Guests are invited to make use of the fabulous facilities at Selborne Park Golf Estate. Aside from the spectacular and challenging Par 72, 18 hole golf course, a crystal clear swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, children’s play area with jungle gym, swings, slides and splash pool are a few of the facilities available. The Estate Golf Club also has a restaurant & bar where delicious meals can be enjoyed daily.
