This beautiful home has access to a shared swimming pool area with braai area and outdoor amenities.The furnished, undercover veranda at the front of the house has a built-in braai area with easy access to the kitchen and enjoys spectacular views of the natural vegetation encompassing the Golf Esate. The back of the house has a secure lock-up garage for guests use.
Large sliding glass doors allow for ample south coast sunshine into the open plan lounge which leads out onto the veranda. Modernly furnished with comfort in mind, the lounge has a large flat screen TV with full DSTV bouquet
The dining area has a 6 seater dining table situated adjacent to the kitchen for easy catering. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including: fridge / freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, small appliances (kettle, toaster etc), crockery, cutlery & glassware.
The expansive main bedroom is en-suite, has built in cupboards with dresser and a flat screen TV that has access to the DSTV. A spacious guest bedroom with double bed has built in cupboards and side tables.
Guests are invited to make use of the fabulous facilities at Selborne Park Golf Estate. Aside from the immaculate Par 72, 18 hole golf course, a crystal clear swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, children’s play area with jungle gym, swings, slides and splash pool are a few of the facilities available. The Estate Golf Club also has a restaurant & bar where delicious meals can be enjoyed daily.
Surrounded by electric fencing & with 24hr security, nature lovers are welcomed to enjoy a quiet stroll through the area – home to a variety of small animal life such as Duiker (Bushbuck) and Mongooses, and over 160 species of birds – which are often spotted in the natural brush.
Selborne guests also have access to a Private Beach club at Pennington beach. Secure parking, pool area and changing facilities exclusive to Selborne guests. The beach is approx 8 - 10 min drive from the estate.

Perfect location. If you want to get away to enjoy nature and peace and tranquility then this is the place. excellent service from staff. Villa is in immaculate condition and the Jacuzzi was an added bonus. Big thanks to Annoloe Drury at RNR for her excellent service. Will most certainly be returning.
