Incorporate in this lodge is 4 bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has it’s own patio. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The 2 bottom bedrooms also have outside showers. 2 of the bedrooms each have a double bed and the other 2 have 2 x single beds each. The top bedrooms each have a loft bedroom with 2 single beds each, which can serve as family rooms. Thus the lodge can sleep 12 people taking into account the loft bedrooms which are mainly for kids. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

Homes are designed in Balinese decor. The pictures of the actual houses will vary to those on the website depending on which home is confirmed at time of booking.

On the ground floor there is an open plan living area that includes a dining room for 12 people, fully equipped kitchen with upmarket appliances, a scullery with upmarket appliances (w/m, t/d, d/w), a lounge with plasma screen, dstv and dvd player with surround sound. A cosy fireplace divides the dining room and the lounge. There is also a guest bathroom for this open plan living area. When you exit the lounge through the fold-away stacking doors you have an undercover patio with built-in braai and a refreshing swimming pool. There is also a covered lapa as well as a bar area.
Clients to take their own wood
On the first floor there is a games room with a pool table and a fire place. When you exit the games room towards the outside there is an open-air wooden deck which you can admire the view from your own lodge. Better even, there is a covered Jacuzzi situated on the upper level.
There is undercover paring for 4 vehicles.

Zebula Country Club and Spa is situated 1½ hours north of Pretoria in the Limpopo province, and covers 1700 hectares of “malaria free” true African Bushveld. The reserve boasts over 800 animals and is home to over 20 species of African mammals such as Giraffe, Zebra, Eland, Kudu, Gemsbok, Nyala, Impala, Red Hartebees, Blue Wildebeest, Warthog and Bushpig.
The renowned Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, adjacent to Zebula, encompasses just over 12 000 hectares of African Bushveld, and proudly hosts “The Big 5”. Zebula is interlinked with the Nature Reserve and home owners can traverse on the western side of this famous reserve.
Zebula is a bird watcher’s paradise, with in excess of over 250 species of birds. The golf course, 10 dams and Bird Sanctuary, which encompasses a marsh land area with two islands, all add to the natural habitat and attract additional bird species to the reserve. Four elevated bird hides are erected adjacent to the Python Dam (over six hectares of surface water) which will enhance your birding experience. Species include the Secretary Bird, Martial Eagle, African Fish Eagle, Brown Snake Eagle, Ostriches, Plovers, Pied Kingfisher, Ducks and Geese and many more.
The famous 5 star golf course was developed by well-known Peter Matkovich and was built to US PGA specifications. It includes a practice facility with five target greens, bunkers and four practice greens. The course was also voted the best new golf course in South Africa during 2004 by Golf Digest. As the course is not affected by the winter frost, it remains green throughout the year. Home owners may obtain golf membership at a minimum yearly fee.

The accomodation was nice except for the loft beds we were very dissapointed because it was not easy for an adult to climb up there. The steps were at a 90 degrees position. Also the 7 bags of wood that we were told that we would find was n ot there.

Excellent If your can arrange the security patrol guys to escort the visitors because we spend almost 1 hour looking for the house and all they were telling us that we booked privately if you inform the reception not to tell visitors that.
the domestic worker was very friendly and helpfull. House was always spotless!
Happy with the overall service. Karen made an effort to find me alternative accomodation when the original unit we wanted was burgled. My only suggestion is a more timeous response to queries, however the wait wasnt more than a day.

the bedroom carpets were stained and a bit dirty and showers could also use a bit of a scrub down.
All good with initial organization. However now been 2 weeks since the being back and I am still waiting for the deposit. Will use the service again, however would submit refund bank details even before actually going to help speed up process.
Booking process was great. The only issue we had was that we were not informed that the unit would not be serviced on the Wednesday that we were there. I will definitely make use of Holiday Homes again. The reply to follow up email could be quicker.
Please note that the only breakage that happened was with 2 glasses, so I'd expect to get 99.9 % of my refund.
The home was beautiful and neat, i did not appreciate that the jaccuzzi could not warm/heat up, i called Monica and the problem could not be resolved. Other than that, we had a great stay.

A lady did come in both morning but perhaps she should come after8am especially on the Sunday as we were trying to pack and have breakfast while she was trying to clean. Also weekends you usually like to have a lazy morning

Wendy was very helpful and professional. Some pictures of the house are not for the house we stayed in. Lower the R5000 breakage deposit and rent the property out at 50% of the rate on Sundays.

Quick and responsive
Travelling from Jhb, it would be beneficial to have a later check-in at (4/5:00pm) followed by a later check-out at 12/1:00pm

Hi Wendy, \n\nThe house was great no complaints, it does however require a bit of TLC in the maintenance department, e.g. the banisters need to be tightened and a few touch ups, the main tightening cord on the pool net needs replacing.\n\nBut in general a great house. Thank you to Dominique and her team at rnr they were kind, ready to help, and quick to respond. \nThe house was well equipped and well located and we appreciated that it had a generator to accommodate the loadshedding power cuts. An unintended issue was the replacement of the twin beds in the lofts with double beds by the owner without warning which meant that small children in our group had to share the beds with parents. The overall experience was however good. It was a pleasant house to stay in. Perhaps consider providing Wi-Fi in the future as cell phone reception was not great in the area. We enjoyed out stay and can recommend the house in the future.
Dom from RnR service is always phenomenal- I have been working with her for about 5 years, always efficient and helpful and will go out of her way to assist and find the most suitable house for a holiday and will work miracles when it comes to securing dates. \nThe house was well equipped , clean and comfortable- we made use of the 4 bedrooms and lofts- the one loft may be a bit tricky for kids as the bed height is the same as the wall height so an active sleeper may fall off and there are also plumbing pipes that stick out. \nCleaning service was great and came in all days. \nGreat facilities with a clean pool and jacuzzi that was refilled for our visit. \nNice separate boba area with tv for entertainment.

The cleaning times were a bit of an inconvenience because it didn`t give us much room to sleep-in as you would expect when people are on holiday. You may need to relook the times. 8am to 12pm is not ideal for people on holiday. Extra blankets or maybe electric blankets would also help in winter. Thanks so much
