This lovely home consists of a 3 level building. The entrance and the guest bathroom is situated on the middle level with staircases going down to the ground floor where the living area is situated and upwards to the first floor where the 4 bedrooms are situated.
On the ground floor there is an open plan dining room, lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and the scullery has upmarket appliances. The lounge has a plasma screen, dvd player and dstv. The stacking folding doors open up onto the undercover patio with wooden deck. There is a built-in braai, rim-flow splash pool and an undercover Jacuzzi.
The 4 bedrooms on the first floor have 3 bathrooms and cooling air-conditioning. There are 2 balconies on the first floor. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each.
This villa can accommodate 8 people and is self catering.

the house is well situated close to the Fairmont hotel. and it has spectacular views of the ocean. It is probably not toddler friendly as it is split between 3 floors and there are many stairs.
